The test lab is planned to build a professional testing area of over 5,000 square meters, with the following Settings:

Regulatory Certification Area (1,500 square meters)

Equipped with headrest impact testing equipment, universal tensile testing machine and other equipment, it meets the tests requirement such as GB 15083 and ECE R17;

Functional Test Area (1,200 square meters)

Covering specialized tests such as the performance of electric seats and the calibration of intelligent sensors;

Fatigue durability Zone (1800㎡)

It includes a endurance testing equipment, a salt spray corrosion chamber and an environmental simulation system ranging from -40 ℃ to 120℃.

Seat FEA simulation

  • capable of simulation system and standardized methods, it achieves high-precision seat performance simulation and optimizes the design of seat structures
